- quit smoking;
- refrain from alcohol;

Preparing for surgery
We try to achieve the most natural result and listen carefully to your requests. We will honestly show how realistic your requests are, look at the current situation, the quality of the skin and the previous fixes.
As a result of incisions during breast lift operations, an anchor wound is formed. These scars, which end up in bra and bikinis, turn reddish in the first months, but after a few months they become soft, lighter and less noticeable. Taking good care of your daily scar cream routine will go a long way towards this.
Proper preparation can significantly reduce the risk of complications. Before surgery, you must undergo a medical examination. At the preliminary consultation, you must inform about the previously transferred and currently existing diseases of the internal organs, about all operations performed on you, allergic reactions and what caused them.
The list of doctors’ recommendations is always individual and is formed on the basis of information about the patient’s state of health. The surgeon selects the optimal technique for each patient individually.
How is rehabilitation going
Moderate pain in the wound area is normal, and can be easily treated with medication. Prescribed medications must be taken strictly as prescribed.
It is recommended to wear a tight, protective bra for the first 3-6 weeks after surgery in order to reduce breast swelling and in order not to interfere with the healing process.
Scars may harden and redden during the first few months. Over time, they will become less noticeable. Scar healing can be accelerated and protected with special creams.
Also, during the first 3-4 weeks, you should never lift heavy objects or raise your hands to shoulder level or higher, otherwise, due to strong pressure on the seams around the wound, the healing process is impaired. On the last day and therefore on the day of departure (6 days after leaving the clinic), you will have a final examination by the surgeon. you may already be getting your first impression of your new breast shape.
After the final check-up, the wounds will be covered with patches, you will receive a description of the post-operative care, you will be taken to the airport and you can return home. The breasts will swell / stretch at first and you will also feel muscle pain in your arms, this is completely normal and heals within a few weeks.
